Fabulous Week Away
Just wanted to add a small review of Beach View House where my wife & I were lucky enough to stay for the week recently. The property is situated along with a few others on the outskirts of Hayle, or more precisely Phillack, it's on a private road just past the Haven caravan park so very easy to find. The outside of the whole property is beautifully maintained & Beach View has 2 allocated parking spaces. Upon entering, the first thing you notice is how clean & tidy everything is, but then you see the view...... after that everything else just goes out of the window! It is as good as everyone else has said & the pictures I've added just don't do it justice. The lounge is very nicely equipped with TV, DVD player raido/CD player & wifi, there is also a telescope. Decor is very in keeping with the setting date two sofas are very comfortable & have the added bonus of being reclining. Kitchen is well specced, electric hob & oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer & microwave along with the usual kettle & toaster. There's also enough cooking utensils to keep the fussiest of chefs happy. 6 seater dining table completes the main living area. Bathroom is also on the ground floor, very spacious with a large shower & heated towel rail. There is also a washing machine & tumble dryer in a separate area by the front door. Upstairs, two bedrooms first has two single beds while the main bedroom has a double. The double also has a small en suite toilet along with built-in wardrobe. There are also french doors which open up onto a small balcony, great for enjoying the view. Both bedrooms have a TV in. Outside, the garden is very well kept, top half is decked with a table & chairs, while the lower grassed area also has a set of chairs & table. The b&b next door has a bird feeder set up & I've never seen so many birds making use of one, great entertainment. I cannot fault the property in any way, such a relaxing getaway but close enough to places for days or evenings out. Really loved to place, so much so we've already booked to return next year.
